A. REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 11th. 

A $50 LATE FEE will apply to all registrations after this date except, for U7, newcomers to the area, and U13/U15/U18 players released from Regional or High School tryouts.

C. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Registrations are to be done ONLINE with a CREDIT CARD payment.
 
1) PAY IN FULL at the time of registration; OR
 
2) PAYMENT PLAN:
 
For all registrations, a 15% deposit will be taken at the time of registration.  The balance of the fee will be split evenly between the payments remaining.  The timing of the registration will determine how many payments are allowed (the earlier you register the more payments). 
 
All fees are due on OCTOBER 20^th.  Any fees left owing after the deadline will be considered in arrears and will result in the player being suspended IMMEDIATELY until payment is received in FULL.
 
D. REGIONAL/HIGH SCHOOL TRYOUTS
This applies to U13, U15, and U18 divisions.  If your player has or is planning to register for tryouts outside of SMHA you MUST register them with your home association first.  You are not required to pay any registration fees for this option (select “Regional or High School Tryouts”), but it is required for registration purposes.  If your player is not planning to participate in tryouts outside of SMHA then choose the “SMHA Registration Fees” for the division you are registering in. 
 
If your player is successful at tryouts no further action is required, and you will register with and submit payment to your new team.  If previous payments were made to SMHA, contact us and they will be refunded directly to your credit card (not to your new association). 
 
If your player is released from tryouts and returns to SMHA please notify the registrar.  You will be required to register your player using the online system.  Please be aware that full payment is due on October 20^th.
 
E. KIDSPORT
 If you are applying for Kidsport or Jumpstart please contact the registrar after the required paperwork is complete and to make payment arrangements.  Note that the 20% deposit at the time of registration will still be required.
 
F. WAIVERS
 During the online registration process, there are several waivers that you will be required to read and acknowledge.  Please allow yourself time to read through the important information.
